If your notes are not showing in the app, this is likely due to a sync issue that occurred during a recent update. Don't worry - your notes are safe and can be recovered.
What Happened
During a recent app update, your notes attempted to sync with our updated system. For a small percentage of users, something went wrong during this sync process, causing notes to become out-of-sync and not display properly in the app.
How to Recover Your Notes
Follow these steps to restore your missing notes:

Update your app to version 0.18.22 or later from the App Store

Open app settings in the Cue app

Find "Copy diagnostics info" option in the settings menu

Press this button five times until you see a dialog offering to restore your data

Proceed with the data restoration
Your notes will be recovered and the synchronization will run again. This issue will not happen again once this recovery process completes successfully.
Important Notes
- This is a one-time issue that occurred during the system update
- All your notes are safely stored and can be fully recovered
- The recovery process only needs to be completed once
- After recovery, normal sync functionality will resume
